Overview :: A Small spot a bit further away from the town than most, but quite good fun for a while.
Made of solid red railings and some nice walls.
- Between Thatcham and Newbury.
Conditions :: Again, nothing is undercover here so
I'm afraid if it rains you'll have to run into
one of the shops and pretend to
browse. It's also about a
fifteen minute walk out of the main town area so it's a bit of a trek. Metal rails get very slippery when
wet but apart from that, not
bad. Very Well lit in the
evenings for some night action.
Plod :: Never been bothered
here but I think that's because
I go here after the shops have shut, although
I've never been asked to move on in the day.
Supplies :: With a petrol station within eyesight and a fairly good pub in the car park grounds, supplies are well catered for.
Watch your back :: In the day watch out for the over-zealous shop staff wanting to move you on.
At night this is a well lit car park close to the main road.
I've had no problems ever,
during the day or night.
Pk heaven :: Good place for a small jam, will keep you occupied for an hour or so. Some
precisions, wall climbs and higher to lower level vaulting.
Not so much in the way of flow, but good for drilling techs.
Overall :: A half decent spot quite a trek from the town, go when the shops are shut. |
