Overview :: Come out of the station, through the main entrance/exit, then walk down past the bus stop and keep going down the road. Here you should see the Mecca bingo. The actual Mecca bingo itself doesn’t offer many obstacles. If you go though the underpass, turn left there is a car park with walls surrounding it. These walls are perfect for learning pop vaults, and when we were starting out we also learnt cat leaps on these walls.

Conditions :: This is definitely one of the dirtier areas of reading. Some areas are ok but others you should be careful and watch out for broken glass and needles/syringes.

Plod :: You shouldn’t get any trouble when at the Mecca bingo bit. However, if you go down to the car park, you are likely to be moved on by an old man (I think he’s the security).

Supplies :: There is easy access to food and water here. If you venture up to the station, you will find Burger King, etc. Also, on the road down from the station, there are a series of cafés and newsagents. So no problem for food.

Watch your back :: Not the nicest place to go. And I suspect tramps come around here at night and in the winter as there is cover from the rain. You won’t get hassled in the daytime as it is next to a main road, and not many people pass through this route anyway. I wouldn’t recommend any one coming here at night though.

Pk heaven :: Can be a fun place to come and session for a bit, but with limited things to do it won't keep you busy for a long time. The fact that it is undercover makes it good for when it rains.

Overall :: This spot won't provide you with a lot of things to do but with a variety of vaults, drops, and precisions, it will keep you busy if the weather isn’t on your side.
