of silent motion have trained for a long time to reach their current ability. Everything
we do is done with a high degree of competence and you should not attempt to
replicate or imitate anything we have done either on the website or in real life
unless you are competent to do so. It goes without saying that you are responsible
for your own thoughts, opinions and actions at all times.

Silentmotion.co.uk and it's members have never officially organised a Parkour event
and will never do so in the foreseeable future. This includes but is not limited to outdoor
jams and gym sessions The purpose of the 'Jams' / 'Preserves' forum is to let people know
when and where we will be training giving them the chance to meet up with us. Any help
or suggestions we offer is strictly our opinion and shouldn’t be interpreted as reliable,
accurate or professional advice under any circumstances.
