Hey, Regular training occurs on sundays, ocassionally others are out, check the Training section for details on that :P





Talking of which, I should be available friday, perhaps saturday and definitely sunday!

Crap.. this is gunna get confusing, we got two Liams now...

Alex may be able to help you with Slough hotspots, the only place I really know of is outside B&Q. Few precisions and maybe a kong when you've got more experience under your belt.

Hey I'm zac, 13 years old and live in tilhurst reading. I really want to get into parkour but don't know how. Or where to start. Whenever I try something I always seem to fail. Any tips on how to get started would be greatly aprishiated thanks

@ Zach: Tilehurst sucks for training. Come to reading on a sunday, meet at about 11-half 11 near the bus entrance. Reading is muuuuch better.

Well tomorrow I might be out in Reading for some training alongside other things, I'll post up in the training section If I am and i'll pm you my number. Should start at 2pm or so, going on til 8pm latest ideally for me (rolleyes) (unless i can get to gym in which case none of this will happen, soz)

Out of interest, what school do you go to?

Hey...Jadon Here. I would also like to get into Parkour/Free Running. Same as 'Zach' don't know where to start or anything. Yes I go to Little Heath. Can you guys help us two out? We really want to do something with it.

Well you can alawya use the map posted by tom and try and havea look around but if u want to get teh feel for everything you need to come out for a sunday sesh id say :) also if ure completely new we cna teach u some things or 2 :)
