Couldn't rly think where to post this but i here its semi-relevant but im not next weekend, here the week after, not the one after that... and Andy knee stretches/exercises seem to be semi effective for the day, but not entirely. I realise this is gradual but is it really the quickest way of getting this done? if not daaaamn this will be a long injury
