It's my birthday! but thats not the reason I'm not coming
I have some work experience I have to do then. I will be back to training on the 7th.
If I have a BBQ thing ill invite you guys xD

If anyone is free during the week, one afternoon/evening preferably, I might be free for midweek training...

May or may not be out, absolutely destroyed some muscle in my leg and it's still giving me helllll. If I am it'll be nearer 12, doubt i'm gonna be going gym as that would make things worse.
